Who we are

This website is run by Haydn von Werp, 14 Via Vetta d’Italia, 20144 Milano, Italy. For any question about your personal data, write to contact@haydnvonwerp.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your title, name, surname, email address and message, and, if you add them, your telephone number, preferred contact method and the topic of your message. We also note the language of the page you wrote from, so we can reply in it. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and follow it up.
• Newsletter: your email address, used only to send you news and events from the studio. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or by writing to us.

We process this data because you asked us to reply or to receive our news (your consent and steps taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR). We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Where your data is kept

Contact form messages are received and stored on our behalf by Netlify, Inc., the company that hosts this website, under its data processing terms. Newsletter sign-ups are handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores your email address and sends our newsletter on our behalf under its data processing terms. After you sign up, Brevo emails you a link to confirm your subscription; you are only added once you confirm. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer and follow them up, and no longer than 24 months. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use analytics. It only remembers your region choice in your own browser, so the site can show it the next time you visit.

Links to other websites

Links to press articles, Instagram, Pinterest and Google Maps take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@haydnvonwerp.com. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
